Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-14

These terms govern your use of hackit.ee (the "website"), operated by HackIT Security OÜ ("we", "us"). By browsing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

What This Website Is

This website is informational: it describes our penetration testing services and lets you reach us through a contact form. It is not a self-service platform, and using it does not create any engagement, order, or account.

This Website Is Not a Service Agreement

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to perform security testing, and nothing you submit through the contact form authorizes us to test, scan, or otherwise access any system. Actual penetration testing engagements are governed exclusively by a separate, signed agreement and statement of work that defines scope, authorization, timing, and rules of engagement. If those terms ever conflict with this page, the signed engagement agreement controls.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this website to attempt unauthorized access to, disrupt, or probe this website or the infrastructure behind it, or to submit the contact form for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.

Intellectual Property

The website's content, design, and branding belong to HackIT Security OÜ unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or reused without our permission.

Third-Party Services

The website relies on a small number of third-party service providers — for contact-form email delivery and for anonymised page-view analytics — described further in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or content of any external service or site we link to.

No Warranty

This website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HackIT Security OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from a signed penetration testing engagement agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising from your use of this website falls under the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
